Upsala Area Schools

The Upsala first graders put together a time capsule of items that represent themselves in 2022.  They each were provided a gallon ziplock bag to fill with anything from toys to their favorite candy wrapper, as well as a note from a loved one.  Each child also completed a packet that included facts about themselves, memorable events that happened in 2022, as well as a hand and footprint.  These artifacts along with a photo, a newspaper and a few other items were sealed up and placed in the elementary library.  On 3/3/33 (during their senior year) this group of students will open the capsule and be able to reflect on their elementary years.
