A Walk-A-Thon was held on Friday, September 20 with funds being raised to benefit Upsala Area Dollars for Scholars.
Students who raised over $50 received a football, and 30 elementary children reached that threshold. 24 students raised over $100 and received a pizza certificate.
The top five fundraisers were Kaylee Swanson, Evan Swanson, Emmett Warga, Kannin Johnson, and Leah Fruechte; and all raised over $300. A grand total of $4901.25 was raised to benefit this year's graduating seniors.
The students were led on a walk around town by the Upsala Fire Department.
